Each category is broken down into sub-categories during scoring.  The judges receive separate sheets for each phase of competition.  The scoring sheets take into account the contestant's poise, confidence, modeling skills, grooming, beauty, talent, and speaking skills...dependant upon the category being scored at that time.
American Royal Miss is looking for beautiful girls and women to represent our corporation as we travel the United States.  Our mission is To equip our contestants to be confident and effective leaders of the future,  and to help them share the talents and gifts that they've been given with their communities!

-Beauty-

  • Beauty - 30%
  • Interview - 20%
  • Casualwear - 20%
  • Meet & Greet the Judges(all ages) -
  • On Stage Introduction (ages 7 and up)On stage Question(0-6) - 15%
  • State Costume - 15%


-Official-

  • Personality (ages 0-6) - 30%
  • Talent (ages 7 and up) - 30%
  • On Stage Question for (0-6) & On Stage Introduction (7-Up) This will be a 30 second introduction about the individual  -15%
  • Interview (all ages) - 15%
  • Beauty - 30%
  • Casualwear - 10%
